To edit the string assigned to a function key, press the
<#2942#><#2943#>〈<#2943#>Help<#2944#>〉<#2944#><#2942#>
key and
select <#2946#>[Edit Function Keys]<#2946#> from the <#2948#>[Other]<#2948#> menu. You can
now edit ten out of the total of thirty function keys, you can change
the set that is displayed by clicking one of the <#2950#>[Normal]<#2950#>,
<#2952#>[Shift]<#2952#> or <#2954#>[Control]<#2954#> buttons.
The cursor keys will move you to the string you want
to edit,
<#2956#><#2957#>〈<#2957#>Esc<#2958#>〉<#2958#><#2956#>
will clear the string,
<#2960#><#2961#>〈<#2961#>Backspace<#2962#>〉<#2962#><#2960#>
will delete to
the left,
<#2964#><#2965#>〈<#2965#>Delete<#2966#>〉<#2966#><#2964#>
the current character. Control codes can be
entered by pressing
<#2968#><#2969#>〈<#2969#>Control<#2970#>〉<#2970#><#2968#>
and the appropriate key (see
appendix B).
